High rain chances continue into the weekend with the potential for locally heavy rainfall mainly Friday and Saturday. A few strong storms capable of producing strong wind gusts will be possible.

Friday: Showers likely and possibly a thunderstorm before 1pm, then showers and thunderstorms likely, mainly between 1pm and 4pm. Partly sunny, with a high near 88. Calm wind becoming south around 5 mph in the morning. Chance of precipitation is 70%. New rainfall amounts between a quarter and half of an inch possible.

Friday Night: A 50 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms, mainly after 1am. Partly cloudy, with a low around 73. South wind around 5 mph becoming calm. New rainfall amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch, except higher amounts possible in thunderstorms.

Saturday: Showers likely and possibly a thunderstorm before 1pm, then showers and thunderstorms likely between 1pm and 4pm, then showers likely and possibly a thunderstorm after 4pm. Partly sunny, with a high near 89. Calm wind becoming southwest around 5 mph in the afternoon. Chance of precipitation is 70%.

Saturday Night: A chance of showers and thunderstorms before 10pm, then a slight chance of showers. Partly cloudy, with a low around 71. Calm wind. Chance of precipitation is 30%.

Sunday: A slight chance of showers before 10am, then a slight chance of showers and thunderstorms between 10am and 1pm, then showers likely and possibly a thunderstorm after 1pm. Mostly sunny, with a high near 91. Calm wind becoming southwest around 5 mph. Chance of precipitation is 70%.

Sunday Night: A 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms before 1am. Partly cloudy, with a low around 72. Calm wind.

Monday: A 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms after 1pm. Sunny, with a high near 92. Calm wind.

Monday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 73. Calm wind.

Tuesday: A slight chance of showers, then a chance of showers and thunderstorms after 1pm. Sunny, with a high near 91. Chance of precipitation is 40%.
