Town of Flomaton Harvest Fest
The Town of Flomaton will host a Harvest Fest on Thursday, October 24, from 5:30 until 7 p.m. in downtown Flomaton.

Byrneville Elementary Fall Festival
Byrneville Elementary’s Fall Festival is rescheduled for Thursday, October 24 from 5-7:30. The basket auction will begin at 7:30.

Roy Hyatt Environmental Center Annual Fall Open House
The Roy Hyatt Environmental Center Annual Fall Open House will be Friday, October 25 from 5-8 p.m. Tour the new building, inflatable planetarium, birds of prey, reptiles, telescopes for star viewing, and much more.

Harvest Fall Festival
St. Luke Missionary Baptist Church, located at 890 Backwoods Road in Century, will hold their second annual Fall Festival, Saturday, October 26, from 1 p.m. until 4 p.m. Food, fun, and games. All are welcome.

Dogwood Park Baptist Church Fall Festival & Peanut Boil
Dogwood Park Baptist will hold their annual Church Fall Festival & Peanut Boil on Saturday, October 26, from 12 p.m until 4 p.m. Bounce house, games, live music, and free food. The church is located at 3301 Hwy 97 in Molino. Everyone is welcome.

Garden to Table Exposition
Escambia County Extension will hold a Garden to Table Exposition on Saturday, October 26 from 8 a.m. until noon at 3740 Stefani Road. The event will include information and demonstrations on bringing the autumn harvest to the table. Additional information and demonstrations will be provided by the Emerald Coast Utilities Authority, the EscaRosa Beekeepers, The Ever’man Cooperative and local poultry expert J. E. Blum.

Community Wide Yard Sale
The First Annual Community Wide Yard Sale at the Don Sutton Ballpark in Molino has been rescheduled for Saturday, October 26.

Fall Festival at Olive Baptist Church will be Saturday, October 26 from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. Everyone welcome for games, food, and a fun day out for the family.

Turtle Point Science Center in Flomaton will host a Fall Fun Day on Saturday, October 26 from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m. This will be an outdoor even will a cupcake walk, raffle tickets, costume contest and other activities.

Greater First Baptist Church of Cantonment Fall Giveaway
The Greater First Baptist Church of Cantonment, 591 Booker Street, will hold their annual fall giveaway on Saturday, October 26 from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. Free food, clothes, shoes, housewares and toys.

Walnut Hill Baptist Church Fall Festival
Fall Fest on Sunday, October 27 from 3-5:30 p.m. at Walnut Hill Baptist Church, 5741 Arthur Brown Road. Trunk or treat, costume contest, painted pumpkin contest, chili cookoff, cake walk and photo booth.

First Baptist Church of Century Homecoming
The First Baptist Church of Century will celebrate their 115th Anniversary on Sunday, October 27, at 11 a.m. Brother Bill Estes will bring the homecoming message. Music will be provide by Mrs. Carey Jones. A homecoming dinner will follow the service. The church is located at 550 Church Street.

Ransom Middle School Jazz Band Musical
The Ransom Middle School Jazz Band will “Monster Music Mash” on Monday, October 28 at 6:15 p.m. Admission is $5 at the door. There will be a photo booth, door prizes and more. Costumes are welcomed, but not required.

Quintette Community Trunk or Treat
Trunk or treat and costume contest on Tuesday, October 28 from 6-8 p.m. at the Quintette Community Center at 2490 Quintette Lane in Cantonment.

Victory Assembly of God Community Fall Festival
Victory Assembly of God will hold their annual Community Fall Festival on Thursday, October 31, from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. There will be carnival games and candy, trunk-or-treat, hayrides, inflatables, a rope-and-barrel bull ride, and much more. Family Baptist Church Gospel Concert
Family Baptist Church will host a gospel concert on Saturday, November 2, 2019, at 6 p.m. The concert will feature Dove Award winning artist Brian Free and Assurance as well as The Willams Family. Veteran’s Day Celebration
A Veteran’s Day Celebration will be held Thursday, November 7, at 1 p.m. at the Century Community Center. Everyone is welcome to join in honoring those who have served. Pictures of veteran’s are welcome for display during the ceremony. The community center is located at 6001A Industrial Boulevard in Century.

Walnut Hill Baptist Church Judgement House
A judgement house live performance will be held at Walnut Hill Baptist Church, November 8, 9, and 10, from 6:30 p.m. until 9 p.m. This is a ten-scene, walk through drama, which effectively presents the gospel through relevant and gripping stories. Guests are led through a series of rooms that portray peoples’ lives which have been cut short through some type of tragedy. Audiences will observe how the deaths dramatically impact families and what people experience beyond the grave. Children under seven are not recommended to attend. Donations will be accepted. St. Monica’s Arts and Crafts Festival and Chili Cookoff
St. Monica’s Episcopal Church will be hosting their Annual Holiday Arts and Crafts Festival and Chili Cookoff on Saturday, November 9, 2019, from 8 a.m. until 2 p.m. The event will feature local artists, crafter, cottage business and other vendors, as well as a competition chili cookoff. Admission and parking are free. Come shop for your holiday gifting and taste and judge the chili selections. There will also be a silent auction. The church is located at 699 S. Pine Forest United Methodist Church will be hosting their 30th Annual Arts and Crafts Festival and Car Show on Saturday, November 9, 2019, from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. The day will feature over 180 arts, crafts and other vendors, as well as food and live music. NWE Youth Football & Cheer Registration
NWE Youth Football & Cheer Registration for the 2019 season is underway. Register now @ www.nwechiefsfootball.com. Regular football registration cost is $60 and includes all equipment and uniforms, except cleats. Regular football registration ends on July 1 or when a team reaches the max number of players. The North Escambia Bee Association holds their monthly meetings at the Molino Community Complex on the second Monday of each month at 6:30 p.m. Meetings are for both experienced and inexperienced beekeepers who want to stay current on modern beekeeping practices.
