Jay Christmas Parade and Festival
The Jay Christmas Parade will be held Saturday, December 5 at 11 a.m., followed by the 2nd Annual Joy in Jay Festival on Commerce Street. Santa and Mrs. Claus will be on hand for pictures. Children can make an ornament at Santa’s Workshop to take home, as well as Letters to Santa, which will include an addressed envelope so the children can include their return address and are sure to get a Letter from Santa. Booths are no charge with no power, and $10 for a booth with power access.

Honeysuckle Garden Club
The Honeysuckle Garden Club meets the 4th Sunday of each month from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m. at the Barrineau Park Community Center located at 6055 Barrineau Park School Road. GED Classes at Molino Community Center
GED classes are held at the Molino Community Center each Monday and Thursday evening from 6-8 p.m. This is an open enrollment program; students may enroll anytime during the semester. NWE Youth Football & Cheer Registration
NWE Youth Football & Cheer Registration for the 2019 season is underway. Register now @ Regular football registration cost is $60 and includes all equipment and uniforms, except cleats. Regular football registration ends on July 1 or when a team reaches the max number of players. Late registration for football begins on July 1. Late Registration cost $70. North Escambia Bee Association Meetings
The North Escambia Bee Association holds their monthly meetings at the Molino Community Complex on the second Monday of each month at 6:30 p.m. Meetings are for both experienced and inexperienced beekeepers who want to stay current on modern beekeeping practices.
