Summer Vegetable Plant Sale
A summer vegetable plant sale, hosted by UF/IFAS Extension Escambia County will be held from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m. on Saturday, April 28, rain or shine at 3740 Stefani Road in Cantonment. The plant sale will feature both heirloom and hybrid selections of tomatoes, sweet peppers, okra, cucumbers and more. 17th Annual Jay Pro Rodeo
The 17th Annual Jay Pro Rodeo will be held at 8 p.m. on April 27 and 28, at the Ted May Arena in Jay. The 3R Rodeo Company from Jemison, Alabama will entertain the crowd with rodeo action including pro bull riding, saddle broncs, calf and team roping, steer wrestling, and women’s breakaway and barrel racing. For the little ones, there’s the calf scramble, free bounce houses, free face painting, petting zoo, cow patty bingo and more! Admission is just $10 for adults and $5 for children 12 and under. All proceeds benefit area youth programs such as the Jay High Student Government Association. Parking is free. The arena is a half mile east of the red light on Highway 4 in Jay. Flomaton Lions Pancake Supper
The Flomaton Lions Club will host a pancake supper with pancakes, sausage and sides on Monday, April 30 beginning at 5:30 p.m. at the Flomaton Community Center at 628 McCurdy Street.

Quintette Community Park MayDay Festival

Pine Barren Baptist Church Homecoming
Pine Barren Baptist Church will hold homecoming May 6, 2018, with Sunday school at 9:45 am, followed by worship wervice 10:45 am. The Smith Family Singers of Pace will share the Gospel in song and Rev. C.L. Langford will bring the message. Dnner on the grounds will follow. Oak Grove Baptist Church will hold their homecoming services on Sunday, May 20, 2018, beginning at 10:30 a.m. Everyone is welcome.

St. Monica’s Community Flea Market
St. Monica’s Episcopal Church in Cantonment will be hosting a Community Flea Market on Saturday, June 2 beginning at 8 am. Spaces are available for $25. New or used wares, vegetable or plant growers, retailers or non-profits, artists and craftsmen are all welcome. Food and beverages will be available on-site. The Tate High School Alumni meets the second Wednesday of every month at 11:30 a.m. at Kings Buffet on Nine Mile Road. Alumni from all years are welcome.

The Molino Mid-County Historical Society meets on the second Thursday of each month at 6:30 p.m. at the Molino Community Center. Everyone is welcome.

North Escambia Bee Association Meetings
The North Escambia Bee Association holds their monthly meetings at the Molino Community Complex on the second Monday of each month at 6:30 p.m. Meetings are for both experienced and inexperienced beekeepers who want to stay current on modern beekeeping practices. There is a covered dish supper for those that want to participate. Everyone is welcome to come and enjoy the scheduled topics about bees. Enon Baptist Church Cemetery
Those with relatives buried in the Enon Baptist Church Cemetery are asked to make a donation for upkeep and mowing, Checks should be mailed to church treasurer Roy Thomas at 8530 Highway 97A, Walnut Hill, FL 32568.

Molino Zumba Classes
