18th Annual Jay Pro Rodeo
The 18th Annual Jay RAM Rodeo RAM Rodeo will be held at 8 p.m. on April 26 and 27, at the Ted May Arena in Jay. The 3R Rodeo Company from Jemison, Alabama will entertain the crowd with rodeo action including pro bull riding, saddle broncs, calf and team roping, steer wrestling, and women’s breakaway and barrel racing. For the little ones, there’s the calf scramble and more! Food will be available at the concession stand and from local vendors. Admission is $10 for adults and $5 for children 12 and under. All proceeds benefit area youth programs such as the Jay High Student Government Association. Parking is free, and the arena is a half mile east of the red light on Highway 4 in Jay. Quintette Community Easter Egg Hunt
An Easter Egg hunt will be held at the Quintette Community Center on Saturday, April 20. Activities begin at 11:30 with the Easter Egg hunt starting at noon. There will also be free food, bounce house, snow cones, games, and prizes. The Quintette Community Center is located at 2490 Quintette Lane in Cantonment.

Community SonRise Service
Marcus Pointe Baptist Church will host the annual Community SonRise Service to be held Easter Sunday, April 21, at 6 a.m., at the Blue Wahoos Stadium in Pensacola. For more information contact Robbie Harvey at (850) 479-8337.

Escambia County Extension Open House
Escambia County Extension will host a special “Growing with Extension” Open House on Saturday, April 27 from 8:30-11:30 a.m. at the Extension office, located at 3740 Stefani Road in Cantonment. The event will feature gardening demonstrations, an introduction to various 4-H youth programs, a healthy eating seminar, cooking demonstrations, discussions about coastal sustainability practices and livestock management. Attendees will learn about training sessions, volunteer activities and the role of Extension in the community.

Century Sawmill Day Car Show
The Alger Sullivan Historical Society the 8th Annual Sawmill Day Bad Boys Rod & Custom Car Show on Saturday, May 4. Registration is from 8 a.m. until 11 a.m., with awards presented at 3 p.m. Registration fee is $25 and includes lunch for the driver. For more information, contact Jerry Fischer at (850) 256-3980

Community Foster Care Info Night
Victory Assembly of God will host a foster care info night on Friday, May 10, at 6 p.m. with Family First Network (licensing agency) for anyone interested in fostering or adopting. This is a no obligation Q&A meeting. Free childcare and food will be provided. The church is located at 1895 Victory Rd in Cantonment. Tate High School Class of 1969 50th Reunion

Algrebra I and Geometry Tutoring
The Northview High School math department will be offering tutoring to any Northview High School student who will take the Algebra I or geometry exam this spring. Tutoring will be on Saturday mornings from 10 am until Noon. Students must provide their own transportation and bring their chromebook and materials. Tutoring will continue through Saturday, May 4 assessments to be given on May 7 and 8. Students should enter through the bus loop entrance. No student will be admitted to the tutoring session late. GED Classes at Molino Community Center
GED classes are held at the Molino Community Center each Monday and Thursday evening from 6-8 p.m. This is an open enrollment program; students may enroll anytime during the semester. TOPS Club Meetings

The Tate High School Alumni meets the second Wednesday of every month at 11:30 a.m. at Kings Buffet on Nine Mile Road. Alumni from all years are welcome.

The Molino Mid-County Historical Society meets on the second Thursday of each month at 6:30 p.m. at the Molino Community Center. Everyone is welcome.

North Escambia Bee Association Meetings
The North Escambia Bee Association holds their monthly meetings at the Molino Community Complex on the second Monday of each month at 6:30 p.m. Meetings are for both experienced and inexperienced beekeepers who want to stay current on modern beekeeping practices. Molino Zumba Classes
