North Escambia Students Take Top Honors At District 4-H Public Speaking Competition

The Florida 4-H Public Speaking district competition was held recently.

Escambia County Public Schools winners were:

  • 4th Grade 1st Place: Bennett Campbell, R.C. Lipscomb Elementary
  • 5th Grade 1st Place: Elliot Reeser, R.C. Lipscomb Elementary
  • 6th Grade 1st Place: Ryann Gibbs, Ransom Middle
