Kindness And Compassion: Byrneville Elementary, Ransom Middle Celebrate Dolly Day

Byrneville Elementary School and Ransom Middle School celebrated Dolly Day on Friday.

Dolly Day is an annual celebration held on September 25 (9/25, “nine to five”) to honor the life, music, and legacy of kindness and compassion of the late legendary musical icon Dolly Parton.

Teachers and staff at both schools wore pink shirts for the day. At Byrneville, the shirts displayed a quote and a message from Dolly: “You are enough. And anyone that tells you otherwise isn’t worth your time.”
