    Gary Welch deserves every honor he could get and more–I worked with Gary many years as a school seretary and again when I was a part time employee at Century Water works. Gary”s work ethics and his sense of humor are a joy to anyone who knows him. Congratulations Gary!!

    Congratulations! I will never forget his patience as he taught me in shop to make a wooden bowl on the lathe and time I thought I would try my hand at drafting.
