The third annual Cottage Hill Neighborhood Christmas Parade was held Sunday afternoon, complete with a visit from Santa and the Grinch.

    It was a short parade this year but due to the cold weather, I’m surprised it still went on. The Grinch looked warm and happy. Hopefully it will go on next year on the same day. Merry Christmas everyone
