New Subdivision Planned For Beulah Church Road
December 8, 2025
A new subdivision is being proposed for Beulah.
The 25-lot single family residential subdivision would be located on 9.9 acres on the south side of Beulah Church Road.
The application was filed by Hammond Engineering on behalf of developer Eric Patrick of B&W Utilities, Inc. in Cantonment. It states that there is one existing single-family residence on the property, which is located between Rebel Road and Beulah Road.

I said it once and I will say it again. Beulah is full, go somewhere else. We don’t want you. Nothing personal but it’s overcrowded as it is!
This is zoned LDR, or Low Denisity Residential. When I read that term, I think 1-2 houses per acre. County definition allows 4 lots per acre and that includes the size of the neighborhood, including holding ponds and common areas. Only limiting factor is 60′ lot width minimum. So this neighborhood will not require rezoning, just approval.
