Northview’s Kite Places Third In 1A State Weightlifting Meet

Northview High School’s Tent Kite finished third in the 129-pound weight class Saturday at the FHSAA 1A State Weightlifting Championship in Panama City.

Kite had best bench press of 240 lbs. and a best clean/jerk of 195 lbs. for a total 435, just five behind the second place finisher from River Ridge High School.

He placed second in the state meet last year.

    Way to Go Mr.Trent!!! We are so Proud of you!! (lil Johnny Football) you know your Nana gave you that name, we were watching a football game and she said he plays like Trent:) All your cousin from Cajun Country said keep up the good work and they love you!
