    it use to be the largest concern was drunk drivers on the road. that problem did not compare to the problem of distracted drivers on the road today. today if you watch almost every driver you see is either texting or talking on a phone. compare that to people driving after drinking. you don’t see every person you pass with a drink in there hand. Now before some one jumps to the conclusion that I am condoning DUI I’m not. I’m condemning the distracted person texting and using a phone.
