Good luck to Blountstown and Trenton in their quest for a state football championship. Two very Public schools playing in the Rural Division. Just to have a chance to play in this game is exciting for both schools and their fans and should be celebrated by all the Rural Division schools. Don’t forget that it wasn’t too long ago that they had to compete against non-public schools in urban regions that had so many more athletes to choose from. The FHSAA isn’t perfect but they gave us a more level field that is best for our athletes.
