Armed Robbery Of An Individual Under Investigation

Deputies responded to the armed robbery of an individual Tuesday night in Cantonment.
The Escambia County Sheriff’s Office responded to the report about 7:45 p.m. in the area of West Roberts Road and Monica Lane, just east of Pine Forest Road. A black male armed with a knife reportedly robbed another male that was walking on the side of the road. There were no injuries reported.
The suspect was described as being 5′6″ and about 200 pounds with short black hair and a beard. He was last seen wearing a black shirt and black shorts.
The ECSO set up a perimeter and searched with K-9 units, but the suspect was not immediately located.

Mike there has been crime in the suburbs we just didn’t know as much about it as we do today.
Tee bug, there are plenty of criminal construction workers, trust me.
crime is like a disease, it spreads it’s tentacles out from town into the suburbs. that has been a nice neighborhood up to now.

Its funny the bad guys are always wearing black or dark clothing never hear of them in the bright colors like construction workers wear maybe because they don’t know what work is you reckin
I left Arby’s @ 20:09{receipt tag} & saw 2 Deputies on Tate Road between Kingsfield/W. Roberts; then, one before Pine Forest & Ryale Rd.; one @ Ryale Rd., then 3 & 2 “detainee vehicles” @ Kingsfield/297, on my way home. A perimeter/blockade move, lotsa flashing lights while I was waiting to get home to Loaded Curly Fries (and a SALAD, Mom~!!!)
