One Injured In Early Morning Nokomis Crash

One person was injured in an early morning crash in Nokomis, Fla.

The female driverĀ  apparently lost control while attempting a negotiate a curve and ran off the roadway. She was transported by Atmore Ambulance to Atmore Community Hospital with injuries that were not considered serious.

The 12:35 a.m. accident is under investigation by the Florida Highway Patrol.

The Walnut Hill Station of Escambia Fire Rescue and the Escambia County Sheriff’s Office also responded to the crash.

    No reason to do that. The owner and their info would be public record. We just don’t usually pull the reports and the FHP does not usually bother with a press release in minor crashes.

    I am glad to here she will be ok .my granddaughter is 6 years old when she seen it she said that’s the lights from ems . again I am glad she is ok very blessed lady

    Actually it doesn’t. The bottom photo was taken when the car was lit by a spotlight from the rear, and the fireman with his head turned is lit by someone’s flashlight. In the top photo, the spotlight is mostly blocked by people standing around. The “dirty” look is from red emergency vehicle lights flashing on the car.

    Glad she is okay. But what’s with that fake filter on the too picture? The car is generally clean in the bottom picture and the top one obviously has a filter to make it look dirty for some reason lol

    Lady is lucky that it appears she did not hit a stationary object and was granted by god, an area of soft bushes to slide into. She should be thankful if she is okay. Thanks to EMS, looks like she had y’all runnin out of bed!
