Barbara Ann Robinson Lloyd

Barbara Ann Robinson Lloyd, 72, of Atmore, AL, passed away on September 10, 2026. She was born on November 19, 1953, to Cecil and Pearl Dreadin Robinson.

Barbara was a hard worker and homemaker who enjoyed flowers, gardening, sitting outside watching the birds, and spending time with her grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Judge G. Lloyd; her brothers, Barney Tolbert and Ronnie Tolbert; and her sisters, Gloria Davis and Marie Lambert.

Barbara is survived by her son, Steven (Tonya) Lloyd of Walnut Hill, FL; her daughters, Melanie (Jamerson) Nelson of Milton, FL, Shala (Matthew) Canning of Atlanta, Ga, and Michelle Wright of Atmore, AL; and her brother, Norman “Buddy” Tolbert of Huxford, AL. She is also survived by four grandchildren, Kaitlin Lloyd, Hunter Lloyd, Kaina Brantley, and Judd Arnold; and several great-grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be held on Monday, September 14, 2026, at 11 a.m. at Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home Chapel, with High Priest Beth Linam officiating. Interment will follow at Huxford Community of Christ Cemetery.

Visitation will be held on Monday, September 14, 2026, from 10 a.m. until the service time at 11 a.m. at Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home.

Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
