Bargains Galore: Escambia Schools To Hold Surplus Auction

The Escambia County School District will hold a surplus auction Wednesday.

The auction will take place at 9 a.m. at the Hall Center Annex, formerly the old Brown Barge school site, at 151 East Fairfield Drive.

The public is invited to attend and bid on televisions, audio visual equipment, food service equipment and small wares, cameras, shop tools, and many more items. The public may view the merchandise one hour earlier from 8-9 a.m.

    School board will take local check with ID. Out of state checks with bank letter of credit. Cash always works. Not sure about credit/debit cards

    Does anyone know what method of payment will be accepted?
