central Escambia County in northwest Florida…
* until 345 PM CDT
* at 316 PM CDT…National Weather Service Doppler radar indicated a
severe thunderstorm capable of producing nickel size hail…and
damaging winds in excess of 60 mph. Â This storm was located near
Walnut Hill…or 15 miles east of Bay Minette…and moving
southeast at 15 mph.
