Escambia Clerk, Courts Closed On Thursday
October 2, 2025
The Escambia County Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller court offices at the M.C. Blanchard Judicial Building, Theodore Bruno Building-Juvenile, Public Records Center, and Century Courthouse will be closed Thursday, October 2 in observance of Yom Kippur.
The Clerk’s court functions follow the judicial holiday schedule, and the First Judicial Circuit courts will be closed.

Tate High Showband Fall Concert Is Tonight

The Tate High School Showband of the South will present their Fall Concert tonight at Marcus Pointe Baptist Church.
The concert will feature performances by Jazz I, Jazz II, Symphonic Band, and Wind Ensemble.
The concert begins at 7 p.m. Tuesday at Marcus Pointe, 6205 Northview W Street in Pensacola. Doors will open at 6:30 p.m., and admission is free.

Pulled Pork Sandwich Meals Available Saturday At Aldersgate Church In Molino

Aldersgate Methodist Church will be selling large BBQ pork sandwich plates on Saturday form 11 a.m. until 2 p.m.
The $12 plates will include coleslaw, chips and a brownie.
Meals will be available drive thru, take out or dine-in. Dine-in meals will also include a complimentary iced tea.
Proceeds will benefit the church’s local community projects. Aldersgate is located at 6915 North Highway 29 in Molino, just south of Highway 97.
