Vote by mail ballots may be dropped off 7 a.m. until 7 p.m. Saturday in the secure collection box at any one of the early voting locations. Vote by mail ballots must be received in the Elections Office no later than 7 p.m. on Election Day and may not be returned to a polling location on election day.

Polls will be open from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m. on Tuesday.

Three New COVID-19 Deaths Reported In Escambia, Santa Rosa

There were three additional COVID-19 deaths reported Friday in Escambia and Santa Rosa counties by the Florida Department of Health.

Two of those deaths were in Escambia County, which also had an increase of 67 cases. The number of cases increased by 27 in Santa Rosa County with one additional death.

All Escambia Schools Back To Class On Friday; After School, Athletics Will Continue Today

October 29, 2020

The Escambia County School District has confirmed that all schools will be open on Friday, and all employees will report to their work sites as scheduled.

A few schools were still without power midday Thursday, but Gulf Power said all schools will have service restored by late afternoon. There was no major damage to district facilities.

The virtual School Choice Expo will be held as scheduled this evening, beginning at 6:00 p.m. The link for the virtual live event is https://sites.google.com/ecsdfl.us/school-choice-expo-live/home.

Any after school or schedule athletic event Thursday afternoon will resume as normal, unless otherwise announced.
