Mrs. Rosa Lee Lambeth, age 70, passed away, Friday, February 18, 2022 in Atmore, AL. She was born in Century, FL; and has resided most of her life in Flomaton, AL. She was a member of Allen Smith Holiness Church. She retired with Vanity Fair Mills with many years of employment.
Mrs. Lambeth valued her time she got to spend with her grandchildren, and family. She was an avid Elvis Presley fan. She enjoyed fishing and crocheting.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Claude (Nora Bell) Gresham, six brothers, Claude “CB” Gresham, Eugene Gresham, William Gresham, Bobby Ray Gresham, Ronald Gresham, Donald Gresham, one sister, Mary “Sis” Portwood, and a son-in-law, Randall Moore.
She is survived by her loving husband of fifty-four years, Larry Lambeth, of Stanley Crossroads, AL; two daughters, Tammie (Steve) Bagwell, of Brewton, AL; Kellie Moore, of Flomaton, AL; one brother, Huey Gresham, of Monroeville, AL; three sisters, Marie Peebles, of Flomaton, AL; Carolyn (Robert) Smith, of Byrneville, FL; Frances (Randy) Warren, of Kerrens, TX; three grandchildren, Stephanie Bagwell, Maranda Moore, Russell Moore, two great-grandchildren, Bryant Lane, Wyatt Morris, numerous nieces, nephews other relatives, and friends.
Funeral services will be held, Monday, February 21, 2022, at 2:00 PM at Petty-Eastside Chapel Funeral Home LLC with Rev. Donnis Bowman officiating.
Burial will follow at Traveler’s Rest Cemetery.
Visitation will be held Monday, February 21, 2022 from 1:00 PM until service time at 2:00 PM at Petty-Eastside Chapel Funeral Home LLC.
Pallbearers will be Luke Peebles, Randy Bagwell, Michael Howington, Donald Gresham Jr; Joseph Bagwell, and Kevin Bowman.

Sally Barnett Bridgman, age 62, of Atmore, AL passed away on February 22, 2022. She was born on September 25, 1959 in Atmore, AL to Ned and Ethel Prestwood Barnett. She was a graduate of Troy University and worked as a secretary for many years with Brantley’s Tires.
She is preceded in death by her parents; her son, Miles Brandon Bridgman and her siblings, Preston Barnett, Farrar Barnett and Glen Barnett.
She is survived by her husband of 40 years, William Bridgman; her brother, Jimmy (Kathy) Barnett; her sister, Beverly Barnett (Johnny) Sanslow and many nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Stanley Lamar Carnley, resident of Robertsdale, AL, passed away on Friday, February 18, 2022 at the age of 70.
Stanley was born in Pensacola, FL on September 8, 1951 to the late Herman Lee Carnley and Louise Seals Carnley.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and three brothers, Ronnie, Adon and Wayne Carnley.
Stanley is survived by wife, Barbara Foster Carnley; son Eddie Carnley (Kristy); daughter, Tracy Suggs; granddaughters, Chelsea (Blake Rider) and Ashtyn Carnley; grandsons, Lane Carnley and Dean Stanton; great grandchildren, Connor Ryder, Natalie Ryder, Elizabeth Marie Stanton; and sister, Faye Carnley Johnson.
Graveside services will be held at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, February 25, 2022 at Barrancas National Cemetery, NAS Pensacola, FL.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, February 24, 2022 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Faith Chapel Funeral Home North.
Pallbearers will be: Dean Stanton, Lane Carnley, Blake Rider, Doug Carnley, Fred Carnley, Adon Jr Carnley, and acting as Honorary Pallbearers will be Jerry Weekley, Eddie Nims and Clint Carnley.
Alma Catherine Brown Hendrix

Alma Catherine Brown Hendrix, aged 83, stepped into the arms of Jesus on Friday, Feb. 18, 2022, after a seven-month battle with cancer. Cathy was born to Ike and Ethel Upton Brown on May 16, 1938, in Eliska, Alabama. After graduation from J.U. Blacksher High School, Cathy moved to Molino, Florida and began working at Chemstrand. While living in Molino, she met the love of her life, Donald Hendrix. They were married on Feb. 16, 1957. Cathy was church secretary at Highland Baptist Church for several years. She then began working for the Escambia County School System and retired after 33 years. She and Donald enjoyed many years traveling around the United States and Canada in their motorhomes. Cathy was a long-time member of Highland Baptist Church where she served faithfully for many years. Cathy had the gift of hospitality and always made any occasion special. She was kind, generous, and gracious, and she loved spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Cathy is preceded in death by her parents, her brother Charles Vernon Brown and her sister Sharon Brown.
She is survived by Donald, her husband of 65 years; her daughter Janice (Joe) Roman and her son Garry (Paula) Hendrix; four grandchildren, Lindsay (Nicholas) Davis, Rebecca (Logan) Szuch, Michael Roman, and Jacob Hendrix; and five great-grandchildren, Donovan Szuch, Connor Davis, Emma Davis, Norah Szuch and Piper Jane Szuch. She is also survived by her sisters, Joyce (Eric) Frye, Margaret (Charles) Fulton, Mary Sue Childers, sister-in-law Jeanette Brown, cousin Martha Jane Nash and many nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Michael Roman, Jacob Hendrix, Nicholas Davis, Logan Szuch, Roger Brown and Warren Roberson.
The family wishes to thank Dr. Owera, Nikki Kelly and the entire staff at the Woodlands, as well as the 4th floor staff and Covenant Care at West Florida Hospital for their care and compassion of our wife and mother.

Cheryl Aline Allen, a resident of Robertsdale, Alabama passed away on February 18, 2022 at the age of 77. She was born on April 7, 1944 in Evergreen, Alabama to the late Frank and Mildred Dean.
Cheryl was a nursery and pediatric clinic nurse until she “retired” in 1987 to help raise all of her grandchildren. She was a former Miss Fiesta of Five Flags. Cheryl was an avid Alabama football fan and loved to travel with her travel buddies, Jane and David Fulmer. She was her grandchildren and great grandchildren’s biggest cheerleader. Cheryl was a member of Hamilton Baptist Church. She loved to cook and bake.
She is preceded in death by her husband, James “JT” Allen; parents, Frank and Mildred Dean; and her sister Gay Ann Deason.
Cheryl is survived by her children, Renee Paul and Keith (Debra) Allen; grandchildren, Katy Sipper, Kayla Paul, Corey Allen and Summer Allen; great grandchildren, Skylar Sipper and Rylee Huggins; brothers: Ricky (Anita) Dean, Eddie Dean; along with many nieces and nephews, brothers and sisters -in-law.
A Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, February 23, 2022 at Hamilton Baptist Church with Bro. Drayton Smith officiating, music by Chris Kelly. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00p.m on Tuesday, February 22, 2022 at Faith Chapel Funeral Home North. Michael Joseph Robbins

Michael Joseph Robbins (Mike) died peacefully in his home in Pace, FL earlier this month. He was born on July 24, 1956 in Chandler, Arizona to the proud parents, William D Robbins and Ramona Yosin Robbins.
Mike graduated from Warner Robins High School on May 30, 1974. He went on to receive an Associate of Science Degree on June 12, 1977. He was baptized at Shiloh Freewill Baptist Church in Bratt, FL on January 2, 1983. He developed skills in the field of carpentry and was retired at the time of his death.
He is preceded in death by his father-William Deward Robbins, mother-Ramona Yosin Robbins; brother, William D Robbins, Jr.; sister, Peggy Ellen Parr; and niece, Tammy Michelle Parr Shoemaker.
Surviving members of his immediate family are two sons, Nathaniel Joseph( Jenny Stark ) Robbins and Kurt Austin Robbins; two granddaughters , Ella Kathryn Robbins and Lily Mae Robbins; one sister; Ramona Anne Robbins Gay; one niece , Tina Marie Lunsford; and one nephew ,John Michael Gay.
A private Celebration of Life service was held on Monday, February 21, 2022, at Faith Chapel North with Pastor Ted Bridges officiating the service.

Larry Elliott McGhee, 74, of Poarch, AL and formerly of Walnut Hill, FL passed away February 18, 2022, in Atmore, AL. He was born in Atmore, AL on August 2, 1947 to the late Carl “Buster” and Atrebee Dees McGhee.
He worked at many restaurants and flower shops in the Atmore area. He attended Brooks Memorial Baptist Church and was a member of the Poarch Band of Creek Indians. He is preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Stephen McGhee and Glenn Doyle McGhee, Sr. Larry enjoyed cooking, baking and was a devoted Auburn Fan. He also loved Christmas and arranging flowers.
He is survived by one sister, Sandra (LaRue) Chunn of Theodore, AL; four brothers, Gilbert (Mary) McGhee of Walnut Hill, FL, Carl McGhee of Atmore, AL, Robert McGhee of Saraland, AL, and Harold (Lynna) McGhee of Atmore, AL. Numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, devoted caregivers, and many friends.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, February 22, 2022 at 1 PM at Atmore Memorial Chapel Funeral Home with Bro. Ricky Robinson and Bro. Rowdy Boyte officiating. Interment will follow in Walnut Hill Baptist Church Cemetery.
Visitation will be held Monday, February 21, 2022 from 6 PM until 8 PM at Atmore Memorial Chapel Funeral Home.
James Calvin “Jamie” Chance

James Calvin “Jamie” Chance, 61, of Molino, Florida passed away on February 17, 2022 after his battle with cancer.
Jamie was born on August 26, 1960 to Betty Lue Anderson and Raymond Chance at Baptist Hospital in Pensacola, Florida.
Jamie was such a hardworking man. He worked for the bag plant in Cantonment, Florida for 31 years. He made so many friends through that time, which wasn’t hard for him to do. He never really met a stranger. Everyone who met this man grew to love him and his big bright personality. If he wasn’t offering you a beer he was offering a hug, or a mean left hook if you got out of line.
Jamie enjoyed watching sunrises and sunsets and he loved to cook and make “concoctions.” He really enjoyed working in his flower garden and making the most beautiful flower arrangements you have ever seen. Above all, his children were his entire heart and he let it be known!
Jamie was preceded in death by his father, Raymond Chance; brother, Johnny Ray Chance; nephew, lil Tony Mandel Junior; and stepfather, RT Anderson.
Jamie is survived by his mother, Betty Lou Anderson; his son, Coty Chance; his daughter, Tiffany Enfinger; his sisters, Sandra Davis, Susan Mandel and Brandy Chance; his brother, Ray Chance; his nephews, Dustin Hern, John Chance and Randy Thomas; his niece, Sommer; and so many friends that have been like family.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, February 21, 2022 at Faith Chapel Funeral Home North with Don Neese officiating. Interment will be held in Lathram Chapel Cemetery, Cantonment, Florida.
The family will receive friends at 1:00 p.m. prior to services.
Betty L. White

Mrs. Betty L. White, age 82, passed away, Sunday, February 13, 2022 in Atmore, AL. She was born in Century, FL; and has resided most of her life in Atmore, AL. She retired from the Escambia County Board of Education, as a lunchroom manager at A.C. Moore Elementary School with many years of employment.
Mrs. White valued her time she got to spend with her family, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She enjoyed working in her flower gardens, feeding and watching the hummingbirds. She enjoyed hunting and fishing and shooting in bow tournaments. She would sit in the floor and play with her grandchildren and she enjoyed watching them play.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Thomas (Susie Nelson) Little, one brother, Thomas Little, and one sister-in-law, Joyce Little.
She is survived by her loving husband of fifty-nine years, Lamar White, of Atmore, AL; two sons, Tim (Sonja) White, of Atmore, AL; Steve (Holley) White, of Atmore, AL; four grandchildren, Lucas (Bri) White, Gage (Marisa) White, Kelly Cravens (Shawn), Aaron Norton, four great-grandchildren, LaKilyn, Hunter, Lane, Cody, special care givers, Elaine Day, Sherry Colbert, numerous nieces, nephew’s other relatives, and friends.
Funeral services were held, Wednesday, February 16, 2022, at Petty-Eastside Chapel Funeral Home LLC with Rev. Diane Everette officiating.
Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery.

Daniel “Danny” Knowles went to be with the Lord at 1:30 PM on February 16, 2022, at the age of 81 in Columbia, SC.
Danny is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Evelyn; sister, Dorothy Harrison; children, Twila Walker (Mark), Melanie Andreen (Jim), and Jerry Knowles (Amy); grand-children, Crystal and Amber Walker, Alexandra, Steven, and Jamie Andreen, and Lizzie and Nate Knowles; and five great-grand-children. He is predeceased by his parents, Elbert and Violet Knowles; and sister, Dale Harrington.
Danny was born in Century, Florida on April 7, 1940, to Elbert and Violet Knowles. He graduated from the University of Florida in 1964 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and worked in the Pulp and Paper Industry as a Professional Engineer, specializing in the management and construction of boilers. On August 8, 1961, he married Evelyn, his childhood sweetheart. Danny loved his country and was very proud of his time as a paratrooper in the 82nd Airborne division.
Danny was a devoted husband and father. His faith in Christ and his family were the most important things in his life. He worked to ensure his family felt safe, protected, and cherished. After he retired, he kept himself busy working in his yard and doing projects around the house. If you ever had the pleasure of him visiting your home, you know he always had tools available to fix that leaky faucet or sagging door. He found joy in being useful. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who knew him.
The visitation will be on Monday, February 21 at 3 PM with a service at 4 PM to follow. The visitation and service will be held at Shives Funeral Home located at 7600 Trenholm Road Ext, Columbia. Colonel Edward D. (Darrel) Peterson will officiate. Danny will be buried at Fort Jackson National Cemetery at 9 AM on Tuesday, February 22. Flowers, donations, and condolences may be offered to the family.
