Mrs. Krystal Lynn Carnley Wallace, age 44, of Jay, FL, passed away on Tuesday, May 1, 2018, at Jay Hospital in Jay, FL.
Mrs. Wallace was born in Atmore, AL and was a lifetime member of the Jay community. Mrs. Wallace loved her friends and family very much. She was of the Christian faith, and was preceded in death by her husband, Joe N. Wallace.
Mrs. Wallace is survived by her parents, Franklin and Cathleen McLain Carnley, Sr. of Bratt, FL; son, Brandon Wallace of Jay, FL; step-daughter, Skylar Berwick of Mobile, AL; brothers, Eddie (Pam) Carnley of Perdido, AL, Allen (Kim) Carnley of Nokomis, FL; Kathryn (Steve) Huggins of Bay Minette, AL; two nieces and four nephews.
A memorial service for Mrs. Wallace will be held on Saturday, May 5, 2018 at Flomaton Funeral Home Chapel at 2 P.M. with Rev. Earle Greene officiating.
In lieu of flowers, any gifts may be put in a card and given to Mrs. Wallace’s son, Brandon.
Donald R. Dixon, Sr.

Donald R. Dixon, Sr., of Cantonment, Florida, passed away, May 1, 2018 at Covenant Care @ Sacred Heart.
Donald was born January 13, 1939 in Jacksonville, Florida to Pleasant Rudolph “PR” Dixon and Emma (Herron) Dixon. His father Rudolph remarried Emma’s sister Susie Jane who raised Donald from the age of 3 months after Emma’s death. Susie was loved by all. After the family moved to Pensacola, he attended Blount Junior High in his early years. On July 19, 1958, he married Helen Denenne Toler in Pensacola, Florida. Helen and their first child Cynthia Renee Dixon preceded him in death as did his parents and siblings. Donald was employed as a Machinist before his retirement. He enjoyed bass fishing and was a long time member of the Molino Bass Club. He spent many days on the water bass fishing. He also enjoyed tinkering and fixing things and spending time with his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Donald also loved his little dog Phoebe.
Donald is survived by his loving wife, Carolyn, daughters, Terri Brown (Drew), Penni Sievers (Greg) and son Donnie (Kimberly) six grandchildren, Gabe, Jesse, K.W., Erica, Haley and Christa; 10 great-grandchildren, Katie, Lauren, Austin, Alyssa, Jayj, Jayce, Mayci, Kathleen, Randy and Sophie.
A big Thank You to the Staff at Woodlands during his chemo treatments in 2016 and most recently Sacred Heart Hospital Cardiology Unit and Covenant Care.
Friends may visit Friday May 4, 2018 from 5pm to 7pm at Faith Chapel North in Cantonment. Graveside service at Highland Baptist Church, 6240 N. Highway 95-A Molino at 11am on Saturday, May 5, 2018. Lunch to follow in the Fellowship Hall.

Dedicated Daughter, Faithful Sister, Loving Mother, Tender Grandmother, Trustworthy Friend, and Devoted Wife are just a few ways to describe her. Rebecca lived in Pensacola for most of her life and was graduate of Woodham High School class of 1966 where she excelled as a student and was also a talented cheerleader. She spent the last 25 years of her working career at Baptist Health Care ultimately becoming its Director of Workman’s Compensation.
She is preceded in passing by her mother Corrine (Waller) Mixson, father William Mixson, brother Larry Mixson, & nephew Hank Mixson.
Rebecca leaves behind her loving husband Harvey Lee Shelley, sister Faye Lewis (Jim), brother Harold Mixson (Jere), sons Thomas Fine (Christina), David Shelley & Sherman Shelley (Donna); daughters Amber Hart (Tony), Erica Griffin (Bryan) & Tami Elmansouri; grandsons Zachary Fine, Gage Morgan Coates, Brandon Shelley, RJ Shelley (Sarah), Ryan Shelley, Joseph Nardi & Nicholas Nardi; granddaughters Vera Mae Griffin, Samantha Shelley, Ashley Nardi, Kailei Hart, & Lexie Capen; nephews Brett Lewis (Jennifer), Lincoln Mixson (Anna Marie); and nieces Allison Randal, Mehgan Murphy (Shane), and Wendi Mixson. Many more loving nieces & nephews, six great grandchildren, and countless lifelong friends are also remembered.

Kyle Cameron Harrison went to be with the Lord on Monday, April 30, 2018. He was born on September 4, 1996 in Pensacola, FL. He was a graduate of West Florida High School c/o 2015 and played baseball and football. Kyle will forever be a part of the Jag family. Kyle had a strong relationship with Christ and was an active member of Marcus Pointe Baptist Church where he lead the 7 th grade boys. Kyle had an infectious smile and was a motivator to all who came in contact with him. Kyle had a huge heart, especially for his family. Kyle is survived by Parents, Tonya R., Kenny Sr. (Tonya M.), Siblings Katie, Kenny Jr (Meghan), Grandmothers, Marion Haro and Patricia Harrison and many aunts, uncles, cousins and close friends.

Mr. Charles “Bud” Kimmons, age 85, passed away on Monday, April 30, 2018 in Range, Alabama.
Mr. Kimmons was a native of Byrneville, FL where he spent most of his life and has resided in Range, AL for the past 2 years. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, employed with Alger Sullivan with 15 years of service and Crosby Lumber Company with 25 years of service. He was a member of the Ebenezer Assembly of God. He is preceded in death by his parents, five brothers, and six sisters.
He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Claudeen Kimmons of Range, AL; five sons, Charles (Kathy) Kimmons of Pensacola, FL, Donnie (Linda) Kimmons of Pensacola, FL, Bernie (Shelia) Kimmons of Cedar Bluff, AL, Tim Kimmons of Flomaton, AL and Doug (Melinda) Kimmons of Andalusia, AL; one daughter, Cindy (Jesse) Burch of Range, AL; twelve grandchildren, Lester, Chrissy, Mechelle, Dwain, Steven, Ashley, DaKorey, Elizabeth, Justin, Britney, Erica and Joey; forty-two great grandchildren and one great great granddaughter.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, May 2, 2018 at 1:00 PM at the Beulah Chapel Assembly of God with Rev. Bobby Carney, Rev. Joe Gilman and Bro. Tim Floyd officiating.
Burial will follow at the Beulah Chapel Cemetery.

Mrs. Shirley Calloway Waters, age 63, passed away on Sunday, April 29, 2018 at her home in Atmore, Alabama.
Mrs. Waters was a native of Century, FL where she spent most of her life and has resided in Atmore, AL for the past 12 years. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister. She was a retired agent with Liberty National and was of the Independent Baptist Faith. She is preceded in death by her parents, Fred and Lila Calloway and a son, David Waters.
She is survived by husband of 47 years, Donnie Waters of Atmore, AL; two daughters, Jennifer Waters of Pensacola, FL and Jessie (Glenn) Glidwell of Flomaton, AL; three brothers, Floyd (Jackie) Calloway of Century, FL, Alton (Red) Calloway of Flomaton, AL and Freddie (Tammy) Calloway of Century, FL; two sisters, Sharon (Barney) Jones of Century, FL and Renee (Ronnie) Marshall of Atmore, AL; nine grandchildren; one very dear friend, Regina Parsons of Jasper, AL and a number of friends, relatives and other loved ones.
Funeral services will be held Friday, May 4, 2018 at 10:00 AM at the Petty-Eastside Chapel Funeral Home with Rev. Glenn Johnson, Rev. Mike Harper and Rev. Durvin Spears officiating.

Mrs. Dorothy Louise Cawthon, age 67, passed away on Friday, April 27, 2018, in Atmore, Alabama.
Mrs. Cawthon was a native of Atmore, AL, former resident of Sweetwater, AL and has resided in Atmore, AL for the past 10 years. She was of the Baptist Faith. She is preceded in death by her son, Bryan Tedder, one brother, Edward Spicer and one sister, Diane Fanning.

James Riley Robbins

On April 27, 2018, James (Jim) Riley Robbins, 85, of Cantonment, Florida, was released from the bonds of his earthly home and lifted into the loving arms of his heavenly father.
Jim was preceded in death by his parents, James L. and Stella Robbins; and brother, Pellar Robbins.
He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Joyce Whitson Robbins; son, Jeffrey K. Robbins; daughter, Jamie D. Robbins (London), daughter, Joanna Rene Robbins Hayes; son, James F. Holladay Robbins; son-in-law, Robert Richard Hayes III, grandchildren Sabrina Kathleen Robbins, Alexandra Robbins Hayes, Anastasia Robbins Hayes, Robert Riley Robbins Hayes, Stella Jolena London, sister Carolyn Jordan (Donald) and brother H. Raymond Robbins. He also was loved and will be remembered by numerous relatives, nieces, nephews, extended family, coworkers and lifelong friends.
The oldest of Luther and Stella Robbins’ four children, Jim (born at home in the “old Bullwinkle house”) arrived on this earth on July 8, 1932, in Bratt, Florida. A curious child with a thirst for knowledge and adventure, he was often noticed by neighbors at the mail box reading the local newspaper, absorbing news of the outside world, setting the precedence for the adventurous man whom he would grow up to be.
A military veteran, he joined the Navy at age 17 and served for three years during the Korean Conflict aboard the USS Duncan as part of the Underwater Demolition Team as well as performing his other ship board duties and “seeing the world”. After service he returned stateside and began his foray into industrial construction.
Jim was a generous, nurturing, and devoted son, brother, husband, father, and grandfather. As an only child for several years, and in his willingness to help others, he quickly became the caretaker with an intense sense of duty to his siblings and family for his entire life: a trait instilled in him by his mother, Stella.
Having grown up as a country boy in the north end of Escambia County, he was versed at hunting, fishing and gardening; skills that not only provided sustenance for his family during his younger days but was a sense of pride and enjoyment with “Joyce and the young’uns”. In addition to his love of nature he was blessed with God given musical talent teaching himself how to play the guitar, banjo, harmonica, dulcimer, piano, and could easily coax a tune from any instrument he picked up, “even the spoons”.
He generously shared his musical gifts with his children, family, and friends as evidenced in the hours gathered together playing music, singing, and dancing.
He enjoyed reading, traveling, vacationing with his wife and children, as well as attending theatrical productions especially when his “stars” were performing. Raised in the Free Will Baptist faith, he later (after marriage) embraced the United Methodist faith and is currently a member of the Gonzalez United Methodist Church. “Thank you Jesus”.
Jim enjoyed a long and varied career in industrial construction. Traveling throughout the country, he enjoyed the responsibility and took great pride in the completion of many projects from California to Tennessee and Wyoming to Key West. Respected by legions of workers, from management to laborers, he never asked anyone to do anything he wasn’t willing to do himself. He shared his wealth of construction knowledge gleaned from hard work and on-the-job experience over the years, with many up-and-coming craftsmen.
Jim lived larger than life, was beloved by many and will be greatly missed.
Services will be held Tuesday, May 1, 2018. Family will receive friends at 10 a.m. followed by the service at 11 a.m., at Faith Chapel North Funeral Home North.

Rickey Lee Boyett II, 37, of Pace, Florida passed away Saturday, April 21, 2018.
Rickey was a loving son, grandson, brother, uncle, nephew and friend to all that knew him. He loved fast cars, motorcycles and music. He deeply loved his family and friends (AKA Big Head to them). He always had a story to tell, usually one that made you laugh. He will be missed by all, but never forgotten.
He is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Paul and Rose Tatman; and his paternal grandfather, Harvey “Chuck” Boyett.
He is survived by his mother, Katherine Boyett; father, Rick Boyett, Sr.; paternal grandmother, Margaret Boyett; one sister, Wendy (Bobby) Brown; one nephew, Kyle (Emily) Vaughn; one niece, Hanna Vaughn; one great-niece, Lakelynn Vaughn and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral services were held Saturday, April 28, 2018, at Jay Chapel with Brother Bobby Carnley officiating.
Interment was at Ebenezer Full Gospel Church Jay, Florida.
Charlene P. Gilliam

Charlene grew up in Tennessee one of 10 children. Along with her parents and siblings she worked hard picking cotton, tobacco and other crops. She helped her mother Ella Mae with her younger siblings. Charlene always put family first. She would do anything to help family or friends. Loyal, strong, loving, stubborn, generous, patient, wise–Charlene was all those and so much more.
Her children were her life. She raised them mostly by herself. When times were hard, she made sure her three babies always had food, clothes and anything they needed. She made sure they knew she loved them.
Charlene left us suddenly, but she is not really gone. She is a part of everyone she touched in this life. She will be waiting for us in Heaven with those who have gone before her. She was a member of Harvest Christian Center Church in Cantonment, FL.
She leaves behind her children, Rita Gail Gilliam, Jennifer L. Gilliam and Jason E. Gilliam; brothers and sisters, Edmond Page, William “Bill” Page, David Page, William Paul Page, Ann Joiner, Janice Page, and Mary Jane Salter; and
many extended family members; nephews, nieces, grandnephews/nieces, in-laws and others who will miss her.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles Walker Page and Ella Mae “Rose” Page; and her siblings, Jean Butler and Robert “Bobby” Page.
Pallbearers will be Todd Page (nephew), Chuck Page (nephew), Charlie Page (grand-nephew), John “Rick” Page (nephew), Roger Bohannon (Elder) and David Peirce (Deacon).
Honorary pallbearers will be her brothers, Edmond Page, William (Bill) Page, David Page,William Paul Page.
Funeral services were held Friday, April 27, 2018, at Faith Chapel Funeral Home North with John Whitaker officiating.
