Their bullets have no guidance systems and the guns would be innocently safe without the gangsters using them to shoot at folks. Seems we have numerous "mis-identified" shootings where the shooter scum just pumping rounds into a vehicle because "it look like" their intended prey. These punks should be locked away without bail until trial and if found guilty go to prison for life.
