I have read many times about the millions of lethal doses they have intercepted. We have to assume a lot gets past them. Where are all those millions of dead people? I know people have overdosed and died, but millions? Seems like we could just let the problem take care of itself. Arsenic in tiny doses is not fatal, but all those dumb enough to drink a lethal dose are no longer around to do it again and it doesn't take many times for that to happen until the rest of the arsenic drinkers get the idea and not drink it.
