If traveling west on Hy 4, there is a hill blocking the sight of cars coming over it. I live in that area and in the mornings when school traffic is active or foggy mornings, I go to the traffic light. There needs to be a caution light at the intersection warning drivers of the danger. Reducing speed there is a must but that want happen. This is a dangerous intersection.
