If the legislature was serious about DUI enforcement they would fund "Breath Alcohol Testing Vehicles" and or personnel to respond, test and testify in court. It is simply not a priority. Just simple funding for a dedicated and certified breath test operator on the weekends would increase DUI enforcement ten fold. $1000 dollar bond for someone DUI in a school zone.
