Northbound Pine Forest between the I-10 interchange and 9 Mile Road is a serious choke point. Two lanes are forced into one, while businesses and high-density housing along that stretch are cropping up at a rapid pace, essentially ensuring more regular vehicle "interactions" and possible pedestrian trauma. With the booming population in Beulah, this is a primary commuter route that will only continue become more congested. I agree with David.
