The Lottery was pitched to us as a SUPPLEMENT to education meaning not the sole source of funding. $51 Billion from the lottery, how much was in the actual state budget before the lottery was implemented and how much is allotted for education now? So $51 Billion and we still have some of the worst schools in the country. I would love to see how all that money was used every year.
