There is no telling how many of the sewer manholes on the system are in the bottom of ditches or open enough to take on thousands of gallons of storm water during down pours. Come on Guys — this is not New York City. You wanted the job now get your hands a little dirty and get out and see for yourself and follow up follow up follow up on all these big nice new crew cab pickup trucks riding all over the town and most of the time with only one person in the truck.
