Obviously, I do not know the details of the case, but, if he could possibly get 305 years why would you let him off with 10.625 years? He really should not be out in society today. He will do less than 10 years and will be out to reoffend again. At 62 years old or younger he will have the ability to reoffend again. Who will be the next victim?

These sex offenders are not going to change in their lifetime. That alone should be what their sentencing is about. Not plea deals. We have far too many of these sick people here. AI is alive and well, they can continue feeding their demons, real or fake. Put them somewhere where they can’t!

This proof the Court System is Broken. Because this man has got 50K in lawyers. They used every loophole possible to prolong his case for 2yrs. And the state attorney just wants a conviction. So they drop over half the charges. Including a Violation of Parole. And he will need up with a slap on the wrist. People don’t know how sick and disgusting this man is. He has 20 charges for images sexual abuse of a child. And that’s because the investigators stopped counting at 20, saying they had enough evidence on him. This guy will be back on the streets in no time. And who knows if your child maybe his next victim
