Yet, the Freedom Road bridge in Century is still closed and estimates are at well over $1 million. Roughly same size situation. This is why I question that bridge replacement so critically. Aren't the two situations roughly the same? It's understandable that all current bridge infrastructure would need to be removed in order to do what was completed at W Bogia Road (where a culvert is obviously in place). But, why a bridge? And look how fast this was repaired! For around $150,000 this was corrected in just a matter of weeks.

This is why I question that bridge replacement so critically. Aren’t the two situations roughly the same?
