Stop pocketing the money and century will have something stop just letting any in the office that’s mean us no good the young and dumb keep messing up for others to have something act like they don’t have no home training some don’t have no home training

We need roads paved! Briggs, Clancy and Jefferson from Clancy to Hwy 4 need it BAD!!! Seems nobody cares but I am tired of my vehicles being beaten up from the crappy roads. Does nobody else care? All the other roads around us were paved before–not ours and we are probably one of the only streets that actually pay taxes in Century! Just saying!

Is Briggs Blvd included in the CRA area of improvement? The road is in real need of repair. I am hoping to see improvements in Century. Century could be a pretty little town welcoming people into Florida, instead of the eyesore coming into Florida.

Here’s an idea for Mr. Cunningham to consider.

$200,000 is not a whole lot of money, so leveraging may be needed. But don’t get locked in to a grant with all kinds of restrictions on use.

Phase I: Obtain rights to old Panhandle restaurant site (or modify Showalter Park).

Phase II: Clear and construct adequate parking. Install water, electric, sewer connects for food trucks.

Phase III: Lease the spots, collect rent on sites. Provide a business environment for local entrepreneurs.

Phase IV: Consider sale of the property once established and successful, and sell at a profit. Take the money along with new tax revenue, begin a new project in the CRA.
