To Seriously. I dont know, maybe clean the sewers or add more inlets? But I love ur idea! We could put in some fish and make a lovely public
fishing pond. Lol.

To Mimi.
Yep, my yard floods every time we get much rain. Im considering digging it up and adding drainage tile. With all the rain we've gotten this month, my yard is a mud pit.

Another question would be, where is the money we pay for sewer going to now? My sewer is about twice my water cost every month.

Just asking

How can they fix it? Make a big empty lake and use pumps to get water there quicker. It’s mostly flat with the railroad being a high point.

It sounds like a lot, but not much with today's construction prices.

This is great news. My family's property floods every time it rains and the city officials have made campaign promises for years to fix the drainage issue, yet do nothing. Let's hope it fixes all areas and not a SELECT few.
