Looking at the car, how fast was she going? To do that much damage to her car and the SUV. I know one person was killed and this really makes me so sad for the family of that person. If this is her second DUI, the justice system really needs to get more harsh with people like this. Maybe twenty years, or more when it involves serious injuries or death. That smirk on her face, makes me want to bitch slap her. She thinks this is fun and games? She really needs a wake up call.

I still remember that accident.I go by that site almost every day and I feel sorry for the victims parents.I hope she will get prison time,that might wiped that smirk off her face

Clearly, she didn’t learn anything from her first arrest for DUI and leaving the scene of a crash. Given that she’s now facing similar circumstances again, the court should impose a much harsher sentence. In my view, a 20-year state prison term would send a strong message about the seriousness of her actions and the consequences of repeatedly endangering others.
