So, the concensus is there are no jobs here. Then when jobs show up, there’s no housing. When houses are planned, don’t build near me. Let’s move the Road Prison,but not near me. How about pack up and move . Maybe the developers can buy your property and build more houses. The math is simple. More taxes paid by 10 new homes than one old mobile home. Are we tired of winning yet?

When election time comes around, we need to vote in some new commissioners. Some that realized just because someone puts in for a subdivision to be built, doesn’t mean it has to be approved…. Our infant structure isn’t ready for all these houses… But our county commissioners obviously aren’t listening to us.Are worried about it.

Had anyone thought about the tiny utility company FarmHill that we all get out water from?
You think the water pressure is a dribble now, wait till they add 265 more homes! I’m not as concerned with the traffic, but water supply to these new houses and all the existing ones is going to be dismal.

Just read this morning that 42, 000 home foreclosures in U.S. last month alone. With the price of gas, food,utilities, health,home and medical insurances,coupled with the price of new home construction, INFLATION is upon us and RECESSION is down the road

Oh Yay another development……not! Hwy 297A is busy enough, can Ransom & Kingsfield Elem going to be able to additional students. Bet the Development Review Committee approved this faster than Costco. Of course they did as I believe developers are in review committees pockets. .John you’re right on!!!

The grid street system resembles older subdivisions in this area.

Buts what is different today, and disturbing, is that a buyer cannot simply purchase a lot or several lots and build their own unique home. All the houses constructed by developers essentially look the same, and all lot sizes are the same for each house.

We are building boredom.
