Not sure what the reason for road rage but we are all human we make mistakes with that being said I think we should obey posted speed limits and/or other traffic laws there is a reason they are there God Bless

At 82 years old I am fortunate to still be able to drive safely on our public roadways, but just as several people before me have stated, anger appears to have taken them over. Now I drive the posted speed limit on whatever road that I am on, but I refuse to start blasting my car horn if someone ahead of me is driving somewhat slower. But what does brother me are those who drive the jacked up fancy pickup trucks and position themselves on my back bumper and refuse to properly distance their vehicle. So many seemingly think that their big trucks give them the right to drive anyway that they choose. I really don’t have an answer for what is happening with people nowadays for highway courtesy has practically disappeared in today’s society.

What’s wrong with people these days? Simple the state and county are turning our roads into pressure cookers with the amount of road construction projects they have going on at one time. Furthermore, they have allowed growth both commercial and residential to surpass what the existing roads can handle with no plans to fix major trouble spots.

Pine Forest at the interstate is terrible spot that is about to get even worse. You have PF merging into one north bound lane with a gas station an off ramp and Detroit blvd connecting. Now they have added a light a Wawa and 4 apartment complexes’ all of it on that merge. But wait we’re done but not quite because it’s now getting a Chipotle and Culvers. It is truly a wonder that there isn’t a wreck there every day.

Really the entirety of Pine Forest is abhorrent there have been multiple pedestrian deaths. Most of those deaths have occurred at night due to lack of both streetlights and sidewalks. Do you think they bothered to put any streetlight/sidewalks in for those new apartment complexes and stores they did not. We won’t even talk about school busses blocking major arteries instead of using the apartments roads to pick up kids or the terrible drivers that will speed past those busses.

Things will get a little better once the interstate construction is done but not by much if they do not fix trouble/congestion problems that uncontrolled growth has caused.

I don’t understand what’s wrong with people these days. I mean, what happened to patience, respect, common courtesy, self-control, and the other qualities our parents taught us (I’m in my 50s). This is why I try to avoid people while driving. No one knows how to drive anymore, either. It’s such a sad, spiraling-out-of-control world we live in now.

I am finding that my doing the speed limit is causing Road Rage finger signals. So, what should I do? Speed up? This is a serious problem on 2 lane highways.
