Without severe consequences for severe infractions, this type of altercation will not stop. Rehabilitation is not always the solution to the problem. At his age with his sentence he needs to understand there are some consequences that will not be overlooked. It is time to stand up for the victims of crimes and stop wasting time, effort, resources and money on criminals.
