All of you on here are full of crap! That boy is 18 yrs old and old enough to know better! How many 18 year olds have been arrested and in jail for theft or committing some other crimes no matter who encouraged them to I’ll call you on my I’ll call you on my break the law! At the very least he’s an accomplice and should be charged as such! I don’t care how nice or how much money they have! They should’ve used some of their riches to buy what they wanted/needed! Don’t go blaming the county either! I would be willing to bet no county worker told him to help himself to it. If one did he would not be taking the fall for it! He couldn’t name anyone because no one told him that! So y’all stop trying to defend these crooks!

So an average dump trailer behind a pickup will hold around 4-6 tons. They didnt shovel anything and there was no equipment present so that means someone else came and loaded the trailer for them? And they had to have made multiple trips to transport 20 tons with a pickup truck. A few pieces are missing here but thats typical of Santa Rosa. Wonder if a county employee is actually involved in backdoor dealings

if they robbeda bank or murdered someone, still dont charge the 18 y.o.

I’m sorry for the 18 year son.He’s considered as an adult under the law..I do hate to admit this but I wouldn’t charge the 18 year old due to his father’s stupidity.He gets a free get out of jail
