How many strikes does he get? State politicians (legislators, governors, and judges) keep telling us they are going to get tough on criminals election cycle after election cycle. And we all keep waiting. Eight years ago he was 14, and he “was adjudicated as a juvenile for sexual battery on a victim under 12 in a Santa Rosa County case.”

Now we are back to square one.

How many strikes does he get?

State politicians (legislators, governors, and judges) keep telling us they are going to get tough on criminals election cycle after election cycle.

And we all keep waiting.
