It only takes one resident to say no I will not give up my property to have the road paved. If you will call engineering they can tell you where your dirt road is on the list for paving. My road is still a red clay dirt road which is off of Cedar Tree Lane - one half of this road is paved, and the other half is still dirt. The half that's paved is from 95A and stops at my road which is convenient for the new housing subdivision they built and all the new houses they are building. I have lived on my property since 2001 and own my house so I'm not moving. Explain to me why Cedar Park can be paved (which is the road before mine) but my road gets no pavement and then Cedar Tree Lane gets half pavement. Just keep building all those new houses for people to buy in our district who will keep putting you back in office Mr. County Commissioner because I didn't vote for you last time and will not vote for you again this next time either. What about paving the other side of Tobias Road also. One side is paved that the Roy Hyatt Environmental Center is located. We had gotten a letter August 2023 from the Dirt Road Paving Program about moving forward to pave Tobias Road. Nothing has been done the road is still dirt and they come out once a month to grade it.
