I’m just wondering why and who’s idea is it to do this during while school is in session. This is going to be an absolute nightmare for Tate, Ransom and Kingsfield Elementary traffic. This isn’t an emergency and could likely wait until summer.

I stand corrected. Not sure how Kingsfield got divided at 297A when the rest of the county is divided at Hwy. 29 or in Pensacola which is divided by Palafox St.

Example: Just one red light south of Kingsfield at Roberts Rd. it is divided at Hwy 29. ie: both east and west begin at Hwy. 29. Therefore, Kingsfield is the only road I can find (thanks to your help), that is not divided by Hwy. 29.

To add to the fun:

97S, which is from Muscogee Rd to 297A is somehow also “Jack’s Branch Rd” according to FDOT and some internet mapping services. We’ve had multiple deliveries attempted on 97S.

Jack’s Branch Rd spurs north of of Muscogee Rd at the Bindu and terminates at the intersection of 196 north of St. Elizabeth’s church.

No. It’s East Kingsfield. For some reason, Highway 297A is the east/west delimiter on Kingsfield. Check a map, or road signs.

Where does East Kingsfield Rd. change to WEST Kingsfield Rd.? Shouldn’t it change to West if it’s west of Hwy. 29? Seriously asking. I know Roberts Road changes from East to West at Hwy. 29.

It’s about time. The Traffic, Trucks, Buses has been destructive to this Roadway
Due to the Building and Developments that has taken place in the area.
At lease we will see where some of our Tax Dollars are going.
