We should be getting our bill before the 10th of the month. There is a fee for paying after the 15th and a fee for payments after the 25th. I don't get my bill until after the 18 for the past 8 months. When is this going to get corrected. When I went to the Town Hall Meeting I was told " WE WILL BE BACK ON TRACK SOON" that "IT WAS CHANGING OF POSITIONS & TRAINING THAT WAS GOING ON & HOPE TO BE BACK TO NORMAL SOON". WHEN IS SOON?
