		<description>This is zoned LDR, or Low Denisity Residential. When I read that term, I think 1-2 houses per acre. County definition allows 4 lots per acre and that includes the size of the neighborhood, including holding ponds and common areas. Only limiting factor is 60&#039; lot width minimum. So this neighborhood will not require rezoning, just approval.</description>
