I know the family who was in the red Lexus, they live quite close to us in Birmingham. I feel absolutely horrible for them, they’re always the sweetest people to talk to. They’ve seen me grow as a person over the longest time, and I absolutely hate it for them, our entire family will be praying hard for them.

When I’m stopped at a red light, I always look to my left to make sure no one is trying to run the light before I go. Just a few seconds can save a lot of heartache.

Only 3 traffic light colors in Escambia County. Green, Yellow and Rosy Yellow.

@jml WRONG, I lived right in that vicinity my entire life and there were WAY more accidents at THAT intersection before the light. It didn’t solve much at the 29/97 intersection, because the engineering of that spot is poor.

So many people run red lights each and every day. When my light turns green, I count to five and usually, almost always, a couple or more people run the red light. I just don’t understand why they will not stop for the light. Isn’t their lives worth more than a couple of minutes to get ahead? Mine certainly is, but I pray that the people behind me will stop also. I just simply don’t understand. I gather people don’t appreciate their lives or other innocent people.
Please stop at red lights. Praying for everyone.

I took my disabled neighbor to the corner drug store at that location around 1:00-1:15 today…. Guess I was pretty lucky at the timing

I was coming up to that light on molino rd. Right after it happened. Saw the front of the white car explode and roll to a stop in the middle of the intersection. It was bad. Prayer for those involved. Seems like more accidents since light was put in.
