		<description>While I understand you want safer highways but know they are only concrete. It’s the users of the highways that are responsible for following rules and caution. 
At what point do we as people find an alternate route that we may feel more safe? Speed limit signs, curve signs, no passing zones etc. they are all there to make the roads more safe. We have to choose to follow them.</description>
