He got what he deserved but she didn’t. The “What goes around, comes around” rule is in effect now. That’s a fact of life.

In my opinion, there should be no difference between 2nd degree and 1st degree murder. A murder is a murder whether planned in advance or spur of the moment. Florida law requires a grand jury in 1st degree cases but not 2nd degree cases.

Derise was an accessory before and after the fact to (at least) 2nd degree murder. She better be on her knees turning her life around.

Great job Prosecutors for Ketchup’s conviction. Derise should have had a harsher punishment. She had the opportunity to walk away, situation escalated when she got her boyfriend involved. Some justice was served for Tierra.
