Excuse me, @Taxpayer. Cantonment is a large community that includes some very expensive homes and property. Build a wall around your own home. Criminals and drug addicts aren’t confined to a specific neighborhood. They’re everywhere.

Aa others have posted there is not a more pathetic person than a thief but are they any worse than an individual who chooses to drive intoxicated? How many are operating a vehicle under the influence and their bond is ridiculously low? I hate a thief but I hate a person who chooses to drive a vehicle impaired just as much.
