He put up a six foot privacy fence, has two Pitt Bull dogs, Cameras, and people coming and going just about all night long. When I let my dogs out at about midnight, or sometime in the morning, there are cars going in, five minutes later, they are leaving. Don’t know if I should be suspicious of my neighbor or not.
