Driving without a license and driving while license suspended is two totally different things… obviously the driver just didn’t have their license on them.

I see this one of 2 ways they were after her and were tipped off or driving without a licenses doesn’t mean they don’t have it could also mean they did not have on their person. I have been pulled over without my wallet and they just look you up and they can give you a ticket for it but usually if your truthful they just let you go. But this sounds more like there is more then what is safer here

Glad that this didn’t turn violent, I hope Ms. King will get the help she needs to not throw her life away. I have a question though. “The driver of the vehicle was issued a verbal warning for a window tint violation and driving without a license and was not arrested. ” Does this mean he or she was allowed to drive away with a warning?

No D.L. and not arrested and car impounded. We need stronger laws. Vehicle likely wasnt insured with no D.L.

Can some one please explain why the driver with no license was allowed to continue driving? I guess maybe if she has one on record just not on her person I could understand but I’m confused how anyone without a license or insurance (not mentioned in this case) can be allowed to continue down the road operating a vehicle. Just curious. Sincere question not being sarcastic or a know it all like most on this site Thanks
