The Motor Voter law requires government offices to offer voter applications to each visitor in the office. Tax Collector offices receive and forward the applications to the Supervisor of Elections office. Voter applications must still satisfy all requirements of Florida law and be approved by the Supervisor of Elections. Since 1991 juries for state and local courts, names are randomly selected from the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (DHSMV) records of people who have a driver's license or a state identification card. Juries pulled from Florida driver license & identification records.
