As our county population grows and our services dwindle, it makes sense to reduce services even more. I've tried several times to get into that office and can’t. Now, it’s even harder. To tag , title a vehicle is a nightmare, when you have to wait days to get an appointment or hours on line if lucky . Closing the W street office was a mistake not only you have to drive further into Pensacola but the line at the new multimillion building are worse . Not everybody has a car dealership doing it for you or can afford days waiting when they need their vehicle right away . The community from nine mile road to Century are undeserved yet it is where all the development and grow is taking place and more offices need to be open or revert these titling functions to the state as they used to be or start subcontracting to businesses as it is the case in other counties in Florida and other states. Yes renewing tags and a lot other functions are easier on line . Taking and titling a vehicle a Nigthmare . Appointment only is just not enough . Can't even call and get ahold to anyone. I liked it better when the Driver's License office was separate from the tag office. So much for service. The Molino office has been my preference and many others also. Sorry to see them go to appointment only. Where is the service to the public?
