Not sure what caused the wreck and thankfully everyone safe. The dirt road part of Fairground is not safe. The road washes out when it rains and it is very easy to get bogged down. There are large holes that become mud holes when it rains. The county will not help us maintain the road. I have reached out several times to the county via calls and emails and I never get a response. Sometimes the road is almost impassable. There are also large dead trees that line both sides of the road and frequently drop large limbs. Those of us that live on the road do our best to maintain it but it has become overwhelming. If anyone has any suggestions on how to get help please let us know. Those of us living on the road work and pay county taxes but the county doesn’t seem interested in helping us. I’m hoping the county is at least going to come out and fix the part of the road tore up by the wreck. I live past the tracks on Fairground.
