This is the total number of fire arms death, including suicide. Does it make too much sense to enact more severe penalties for driving infractions that include death? I fully understand there are accidents due to road conditions and vehicle failure among others but if there is no accountability for simply not paying attention, the problems will persist. Just guessing that the cruiser alone would be 10x the bail he was given. Keeping him in jail should be the goal not just a token bail.
